  1. High confidence genes associated with cancers reached significant thresholds of reached TWAS analysis, SMR analysis and colocalization analysis. The expression weights of TWAS analysis and cis-eQTLs from SMR analysis were generated from whole blood and corresponding organ tissue from the GTEx v8 release. The genes significant in both TWAS and SMR analyzes were then assessed in colocalization analyzes to further test robustness.
